Steady progress

Progress continues on the web comic. So much work and a steep learning curve. Never the less I am really excited about getting Chapter 1 finished and launching this project though. October deadline maybe a bit ambitious but I am still working towards it.

  1. Is this one tiny image? Doesn't let me zoom at all and I would love to see the process.

There isn't really much process to see here.
Each strip is a photoshop document. Each panel is a smart object. I have a rough layout in mind and scribbled out but I change quite a lot on the fly. I am learning (a lot) as I go and so have to improve and revise a lot too. The process for the panels varies. I some times sketch them out but usually not much more than a scribble. Then I work straight in to colour. This probably sounds crazy. I t probably is . . . I will try and take some WIP images on the next section
